Terms and Conditions
Congratulations: You have just made a smart consumer decision to protect yourself from the future cost of repairing your new product by purchasing a Repair Tech Service Plan.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY, COVERAGE AND TERMS: This Plan covers all mechanical and electrical defects that would normally be covered by the original manufacturer’s written warranty, unless otherwise stated in the Exclusions section. The coverage under the Plan shall commence immediately upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original written warranty and is based upon the term of coverage, product description and retail price limitations shown on the front of the warranty plan purchased. The most we will pay on any single repair or replacement is the price you paid for the product. If we replace the product in its entirety with a product of equal value, our maximum liability has been met under the contract and there will no longer be coverage under the terms of this contract. Replacement products will include a warranty and the retailer has the option to offer an additional extended service contract on the replaced product. If the product is not repairable and a replacement product is not found within a reasonable amount of time, we will refund to you the product’s current market value price and our maximum liability will have been met, and there will no longer be coverage under the terms of this contract. You may be required to ship or deliver the defective product prior to receiving reimbursement or a replacement product.
If your product needs repair for a mechanical or electrical defect, or for your free* annual cleaning you can visit http://www.repairtechinc.com or call 1-888-814-TECH (8324) to obtain a Service Authorization Number prior to having repairs done. If your equipment is still covered by manufacturer’s warranty, you may be directed to call the manufacturer prior to being referred to a service center. Do not return the product to your retailer unless instructed to do so. When you receive authorization for repairs, your service representative will direct you to a designated service center. You may either schedule an In-Home service appointment if the words "In-Home Service" appear on the front of your protection plan, or take your product in person or ship it (postage pre-paid and insured) to the designated Repair Tech Care Facility, (in some cases a call tag may be issued).
WORLD WIDE SERVICE: The world wide service option protects your product outside the manufacturer’s warranty when you travel overseas. If your product needs repair overseas, you may call 201-436-6000, to obtain a Service Authorization Number prior to work being done. Note: Worldwide Service does not include on-site service or the cost of shipping, international or other.
EXCLUSIONS: This plan does not cover any repair covered by a manufacturer’s warranty; improper installation of components or peripherals; unauthorized repairs or modifications; consumable parts as defined by the manufacturer; improper use of electrical / power supply; loss of power; impact damage; dropped product; neglect; vandalism; exposure to environmental and weather conditions; software related; products with removed or altered serial number; cosmetic or structural damage; accident; water; components and/or accessories never covered by the manufacture’s warranty; and any other accessories or other expenses or consequential damages resulting from the malfunctions of this product; loss of data or for loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts. This service plan is void if the product registered is above the appropriate price category.

Ground Delivery (7-10 Days):

3 Days Trucking Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. It is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included Choose this option if you need your oversized package within a certain time period.
2nd Day Delivery (2 Days):
2nd Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.

Trucking Delivery (7-14 Days):
Trucking Delivery is a good option for your oversized package. Trucking Deliver is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included. Check your delivery upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the airway bill. Call us immediately to report any damage.
White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is the safest type of delivery for your oversized package. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
