3 Year Binocular / Telescope Warranty Under $2000
The binocular/telescope registered to this warranty is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 additional years after expiration of manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of equipment purchase.
The binocular/telescope will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to if the malfunction of the uni is due to a manufacturer's defect. Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided that the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, sand, grit, corrosion, impact, cracked lens elements, physically broken parts, or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.
Malfunctions resulting from the use of accessories, attachments, supplies, parts or devices (including without limitation, batteries, flash attachments, and other accessories) will not be covered under warranty. Mack Camera and Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or owner. This limited warranty is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee.
Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer defects, replacement will be made with the same or an equivalent model based on the warranted unit current market value at our discretion.

Ground Delivery (7-10 Days):

3 Days Trucking Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. It is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included Choose this option if you need your oversized package within a certain time period.
2nd Day Delivery (2 Days):
2nd Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Next Day Delivery (1 Day):
Next Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the following day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Trucking Delivery (7-14 Days):
Trucking Delivery is a good option for your oversized package. Trucking Deliver is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included. Check your delivery upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the airway bill. Call us immediately to report any damage.
White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
