Combining 12 variable speeds and a powerful torque-control motor, this 450-watt stand mixer provides superior mixing control and maintains speed regardless of the mixing load. The unit ensures thorough, even mixing by offering dual-motor three-way beating action where one motor drives the beaters, each turning in opposite directions, and a second motor drives the bowl. The bowl speed increases and decreases automatically as the beater speed is increased and decreased. For added convenience, the head and beaters are off-center to the bowl to make it easier to add ingredients during mixing, and the mixer's tilt-back head simplifies removal of the mixing bowl and attachments. The eject button, located on the top of the handle, releases the attachments for easy cleaning by hand or in the dishwasher. Attachments include stainless-steel wire whisks for whisking cream, egg whites, light batters, and cake mixes; stainless-steel "v-groove" beaters for creaming butter and sugar, plus mixing heavy cake mixes; and stainless-steel dough hooks for kneading dough and other heavy mixtures. A user guide with recipes is also included. Housed in heavy-duty die-cast metal with non-slip rubber feet for stability, the stand mixer measures 16-7/8 by 8-3/4 by 18 inches.

White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
