White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.

Understanding White Box Products
What exactly does White Box mean?
White Box electronics are brand new products that are repackaged for multiple reasons. The most common reason an item is listed as white box is because it has been removed from a manufacturer kit containing that item. For instance, a Nikon D80 camera will come with an 18-55mm lens, so the lens is separated from the package and the two items are sold separately. In this case, the lens will be placed in a White Box, or a plain box not containing any manufacturer packaging. Actually, buying White Box products is better than buying a new product because it is much cheaper and still comes with some kind of warranty. Usually a full 1 year warranty backs it, but that depends on the manufacturer.
What makes a “White Box" item such an excellent purchase?
- White Box products are brand new.
- The price you pay for a White Box item is much lower than retail price.

Why would a product become White Box?
- Removed from a kit - The main reason that an item gets listed as white box is because the item is removed from a kit containing that item. The item is still new and will have the same coverage from the manufacturer, but the packaging will be plain and simple, usually a white box.
- Damaged Manufacturer Box - Sometimes, the box that the manufacturer ships the item in are damaged and unable to ship to the customer. In this case, we will repack the items into a plain box and the items are relabeled as White Box units.
What This Means For The Consumer
Basically, when an electronic product is repacked by the reseller, the item can no longer be sold as "new", but can only be sold as "White Box".
Here are several questions you need to ask when shopping for a White Box product.
- Is the White Box unit being sold by a retailer that is also authorized to sell new products? This means that you can have confidence in that reseller.
- Does the White Box unit have a U.S. warranty? It is always important to read the warranty carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
- Does the retailer offer a return or exchange policy for the White Box unit? Legitimate resellers stand behind their products, whether they are new or White Box.
- Does the retailer offer an extended service plan for the item? This doesn't mean you have to buy an extended warranty -- but whether or not they offer one indicates their degree of support for the product.
If the answers to all of these questions are positive, purchasing a White Box product can be a very smart move. Generally, a white box product can be purchased for much cheaper than the item that comes in the manufacturer box, and is the same item with the same warranty coverage.
In Summary
Buying a White Box item is a great way to get a great buy on an outstanding product at a bargain price. There is no reason the label "White Box" should cause you to hesitate. Remember, the unit has been given more attention than a traditional "new" product. And the rule of thumb for electronics is: if they run, they will likely run forever!
The most important consideration is simply that the retailer backs up the product with some sort of return policy and warranty to the extent that you feel comfortable making the purchase.
