The 3 tank automatic detergent mixing system provides the correct mix of detergent and water for optimal cleaning results. For busy people with little time to clean, it works automatically -- no tanks to change or switches to activate or hold. Think of the automatic wash and rinse cycle for clothes. The deep cleaner cleans during the forward stroke, dispensing a concentrated mixture of water and carpet detergent. The SteamVac All Terrain deep cleaner rinses on the return stroke: Hoovers new technology senses the change in direction and automatically shuts off the detergent, allowing only clean water to rinse the carpet. This cleaning sequence also supports the use of a more powerful mixture of cleaning detergent.
Dual-V Recovery Nozzle
Deep cleaning also takes on new power and speed in the new deep cleaner with a wider SpinScrub brush path, heated cleaning, and a unique, dual V-shaped nozzle. This divided nozzle creates two inverted Vs that increase airflow over the entire length of the nozzle for excellent cleaning power and for the removal of dirty water edge-to-edge. An additional sixth SpinScrub brush under the nozzle means more carpeting is cleaned in less time. The patented SpinScrub rotating brushes clean all sides of carpet fibers. This SteamVac deep cleaner also dispenses detergent uniformly, to help eliminate streaking.
Heated Cleaning
The new SteamVac V2 deep cleaner delivers heated cleaning, that is always on, always working. When the unit is turned on, heat is generated from the powerful 12-amp motor and is channeled around the SpinScrub brushes. The new SteamVac V2 drives the heat into the cleaning path, where it counts, unlike some deep cleaners with heating units at the top of the machine. Top-heating units can result in the detergent cooling as it travels all the way down to the carpet. Hate to wait for carpets to dry? This heated cleaning system was designed also to help carpets dry. The SteamVac deep cleaner minimizes drying time by focusing hot air into the cleaning path.

Like all Hoover SteamVac deep cleaners, the new model has two full size tanks -- one for clean water and a separate one for dirty -- so dirty water never touches the carpet. Clear tanks show water levels at a glance.
The brushes and the entire nozzle cover can easily be removed and cleaned at the sink, if necessary.
For easy filling and emptying, each tank has a built-in carrying handle. On the recovery tank, a visual indicator -- a bubble -- signals when the tank needs to be emptied.

This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
