Commercial Install of Plasma Display w/ Matching Base
This is a Professional Plasma Display Installation for all of the models we carry which ensures that your plasma will be professionally installed, leaving all the work to the experts. All installations are warranted for one year and are performed by our nationwide network of authorized service reps. We provide a two (2) man crew to ensure adequate handling of your television. Prior to installation we will contact the customer within 24 hours of sale (M-F) and conduct a pre-installation phone survey to determine actual work to be performed, and schedule an installation date.
During the plasma & table stand installation, the following services will be provided:
Installers will assemble the manufacturer included base and secure to base of Plasma TV. Connect Plasma system to a pre-existing AC power supply within reach of the original power cord. The installer will neatly surface route customer provided cables from a tuner source up to (15) feet from Plasma TV. Installation of the E-Box if purchased. Remove packaging and leave area in clean condition. Provide an educational demonstration of the Plasma TV’s operation. (Up to 15 minutes). The programming of up to two non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components. Cleanup of work area, including removing any packaging from the customers home
Things to Remember:
When the installation crew arrives, all hardware and cabling necessary for installation must be provided unless otherwise agreed after the pre-installation phone survey. If purchasing by phone, you will be informed of what cables you need to choose. We cannot mount any plasma display to false or steel walls. The wall of choice must be able to support at least 4 times the weight of the plasma display. Be prepared to clearly describe the installation environment and all possible obstacles during the phone survey. You should have a fundamental understanding of the wall mount type you have ordered (flat, tilting, articulating, etc). The installation rep cannot install a wall mount that has not been provided by the customer. If at the time of installation, any additional work and/or materials are required to complete the installation that was not forseen during the phone survey, you will be given the option to pay the additional charges. Additional charges will apply for carpentry, electrical work, floor covering modifications, furniture moving, additional wire, parts or accessories purchased at the time of installation.

Ground Delivery (7-10 Days):
Ground Delivery is basic shipping service. The product will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, DHL or Fedex. This option is not recommended for oversized products such as televisions and appliances, as damages are more frequent and service is not available in some areas.
3 Days Delivery (3-5 Days):
3 Days Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
3 Days Trucking Delivery (3-5 Days):
3 Days Trucking Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. It is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included Choose this option if you need your oversized package within a certain time period.
2nd Day Delivery (2 Days):
2nd Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Next Day Delivery (1 Day):
Next Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Trucking Delivery (7-14 Days):
Trucking Delivery is a good option for your oversized package. Trucking Deliver is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included. Check your delivery upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the airway bill. Call us immediately to report any damage.
White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
