In conjunction with smaller, bookshelf-type speakers, the YSTSW215PN extends system resources for true full-range frequency response. With your other Yamaha Home Theater speakers, this subwoofer helps shoulder the burden of reproducing low-frequency information. Port-tuned and slot loaded, it utilizes a long-throw 8" woofer and a powerful built-in amplifier for room shaking bass that still has a tight response. Standard features include high and low level inputs, variable level and frequency controls, phase control and auto on/off sensing.

• 8" Down Firing Driver with QD-Bass technology
QD-Bass (Quatre Dispersion Bass) utilizes down firing driver surrounded by square, pyramid shaped plates which negate sound wave resonance and reflection between the floor and the unit while diffusing the sound effectively in 4 directions.
• Built-in 150W YST Amplifier
Advanced Active Servo Technology created by Yamaha ensures strong and accurate bass by utilizing negative feedback in the amp coupled with a Heimholtz resonator in the speaker
• Continuous Variable High Cut Filter
User adjustable variable high-cut filter will set the highest frequency the subwoofer will reproduce. With settings from 50-150Hz, the filter can match the output to the other speakers in the system as well as the rooms acoustics
• Signal Sensing On/Off
For efficiency, the YST-SW215PN automatically turns on when it senses an audio signal. After several minutes of idling, the unit automatically shuts down.
• Bass Selector
BASS (Bass Action Selector Switch) is Yamahas technology that allows the user to custom tailor the subs output for music or video with one touch convenience
• Phase Switch
Phase switch can be utilized to phase the YST-SW215PN with other speakers in your system
• Volume Control
Overall volume of system can be matched from the subwoofers rotary volume control

It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
