Its high-offset, short-throw design allows ample space for students and audience members, while drastically reducing shadows from presenters. Furthermore, the projector features a unique widescreen 16:10 aspect ratio with WXGA native resolution, resulting in a 30 percent increase in display area compared to 4:3 aspect ratio, and a 10 percent increase over 16:9. This makes the projector an ideal solution for displaying high definition content and utilizing the full capabilities of latest-generation widescreen computers and new, wider interactive whiteboards. The PowerLite 400W projector achieves a measured brightness of 1,800 (ISO 2118 standard) lumens for brilliant and vibrant image quality, ideal for use with both interactive whiteboards and screens without excessive glare. It also helps achieve ADA 508 compliance and offers communication flexibility and low cost of ownership with built-in closed captioning that does not require additional hardware.
