Description:
The SVAT CLEARVU1 is a surveillance kit, containing all the components required to self install an effective security monitoring and recording system. The kit comes complete with a DVR, an integrated 7" color LCD monitor, 4 cameras and all the necessary cables, mounts and power supplies. All system components are designed with an emphasis on ease of installation and operation, making this system an excellent choice for do-it-yourself surveillance in a home or small business.
Video is recorded in the high quality MJPEG format and is stored to an internal HDD totaling 160GB in capacity. A USB connection on the DVR provides easy backup and archiving of recorded material to a USB flash memory stick or USB hard drive. Recording can be continuous or set to begin when motion is detected. This saves valuable storage resources and also makes it easy to locate event material. To further conserve HDD space, users can choose between various quality modes and recording speeds. By connecting the DVR to a network, users will be able to access live and recorded images from a remote location over the Internet.
All four cameras are weather resistant and can be safely installed indoors or outdoors. Furthermore, with their built-in IR illumination, cameras will provide visible images even in the dark, allowing their use in garages, hallways, stairwells, entrances and similar areas with little or no light. Included with each camera is a 60 ft extension cable, mounting bracket and power supply, making them real easy to install.
