Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. FotoConnection.com has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and FotoConnection.com is not responsible for any errors contained therein.

Prices are for mail order only. Please call our toll free number for retail pricing. Some items may be parallel imports and do not include USA warranty.

Payment Policy:

We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa & Discover. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit card. Your card will be billed once the order is processed and ready to be shipped. For Cashier's Check and Money Order payments, orders will be released immediately on receipt of the payment document by FotoConnection.com. For company and personal checks, orders will be shipping only after funds are released from your financial institution to FotoConnection.com. This could take up to 7 business days after receipt of payment by FotoConnection.com. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $20.00 fee charged to you. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and FotoConnection.com cannot reserve or guaranty continued availability.

FotoConnection.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over 2000.00 must obtain pre approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. We may require verifications or information before accepting any order.

Transactional Information:

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at FotoConnection.com is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. FotoConnection.com does not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, FotoConnection.com gives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carrier. FotoConnection.com also supplies your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor who bills your account. FotoConnection.com has strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential.

Sales Tax Information:

If required by law, FotoConnection.com will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all order to be delivered in the State of New York.

International Orders:

Fotoconnection does not ship internationally. We also do not accept payment by international credit card.

Specialty Order Items:

It is the policy of Fotoconnection that orders for any items considered as SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, such as custom screens, projectors, speaker systems, professional broadcast supplies, professional security items, professional DJ equipment, etc. are not available for refund, exchange or cancellation.  Should any Special Order Item be received in defective condition, then that item will be repaired or exchanged by the manufacturer as permitted by the manufacturer and any warranty issued by the manufacturer.  There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

Policy On Defective and Damaged Products:

All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. Fotoconnection.com will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.  For damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service and the Carrier within 48 Hours of Receipt of merchandise.  Due to carrier policy compliance, any damage or loss must be reported immediately to BOTH our Customer Service & the Carrier.  After this time, it will be the customer's responsibility to file the damage/loss claim.  Fotoconnection.com is not responsible for any damages after the 48 hour period is over.

Shipping Policy:

FotoConnection.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days.
All stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information within 48 hours after your product has been shipped. **Due to verification process we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. In the event that you would like to ship to your business address, we require the company name and phone number and we would be able to ship there, provided this is the same state as your billing address and the business is verifiable. Additional information may be required if the billing and shipping addresses are in two different states.  Oversized products such as printers, scanners, DVD players, TV's and VCR's may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold:

All of FotoConnection.com Inc. Products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, FotoConnection.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, included but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to FotoConnection.com Inc. arising from any product sold on the FotoConnection.com shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall FotoConnection.com be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance charges are non-refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item, is the customer's responsibility.
 
All TV sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Unless damaged upon arrival must lodge claim within 24 hours of receiving the package.

For Free or Promotional items, limit is 1 per customer, and per order.  Although there will be no charge for the product, shipping & handling for free or promotional items must be paid for by the customer.  Free and promotional items are while supplies last, and Fotoconnection will not give rainchecks for these items.  Fotoconnection is not responsible for orders placed because of promotions.  All other items in your order will be shipped normally.
